Maxima Life has been working in Varna since 2004. Over those 20-plus years, almost every kind of paperwork has passed through our hands – diplomas for students heading abroad to study, marriage certificates for weddings held overseas, contracts for companies entering new markets, medical records, criminal-record certificates. People come to us when a Bulgarian document needs to be valid in another country, or the other way round. What we do
Two things – translation and legalisation. In practice they almost always go together, which is why we handle them under one roof.
- Written translations in over 30 languages – diplomas, certificates, contracts, and medical and corporate documents.
- Legalisation and apostille – certification by the relevant authorities and the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so your document is valid abroad or here in Bulgaria.
- Preparation of supporting documents for visas, including the translation and certification of the package you present to the embassy.

The team
Translations are produced by sworn translators whose signatures are registered for certification with the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For each document we choose a translator with the right language pair and genuine experience in that field – legal, technical and medical texts are not translated in the same way, and the wrong term in an official document costs time and money.

We are in the centre of Varna – 7 Saborni Boulevard, 2nd floor, about 500 m from the Cathedral. Drop in with your originals and leave with the finished, certified paperwork; for simpler cases, a single visit is often all it takes.

How we work
In an official document, a single wrong letter in a name or digit in a date can have the whole file returned by the embassy, so we check names, dates and reference numbers before we send a translation on. We give you a realistic deadline from the outset and we stick to it. Before we begin, we tell you honestly what is genuinely needed for your case – no unnecessary certifications and no fees that appear at the end. And because personal data passes through our hands, your documents stay between us.
