Certified Translations by Sworn Translators in Varna

We translate official and personal documents into over 30 languages – signed and stamped by a sworn translator. When it is required, we also handle the certification and legalisation, so your documents are valid before the authorities.

At Maxima Life in Varna we have been producing certified translations by sworn translators since 2004. We have seen just about everything pass through our office – from a one-page note to a fifty-page contract and full technical documentation. When a document has to go through official channels, we prepare it so that the institution you are presenting it to will accept it, without sending you back for a second try.

Languages we translate

We work in over 30 languages. Among the most requested are:

  • English, German and Russian
  • Turkish, Greek and Romanian
  • French, Spanish and Italian
  • Dutch and others

The list above is only part of what we cover. If the language you need is not among them, ask us – we can nearly always find a translator.

What a sworn translator and an official translation are

A sworn translator is a translator whose signature is registered with the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and who is responsible for the accuracy of the translation. An official translation carries that translator's signature and stamp, usually attached to a copy of the original.

For most documents that is enough. There are cases, though – most often when a document is going to a foreign authority – where the translator's signature must be certified as well, and sometimes an apostille or legalisation has to be added to the document itself. We will tell you exactly what your case needs before we start.

Types of documents and fields

We handle documents from a wide range of fields:

  • Legal – contracts, powers of attorney, notarial deeds, court judgments
  • Medical – discharge summaries, test results, medical certificates
  • Technical – manuals, specifications, project documentation
  • Economic and financial – accounting statements, bank documents, invoices
  • Personal documentsdiplomas, birth and marriage certificates, criminal record certificates
  • Corporate – incorporation documents, certificates of good standing, business correspondence

How we work

  1. You send or bring the document. Attach a clear photo or scan by email, or bring it to our office in central Varna.
  2. You get a free quote. We come back with a turnaround time and a price based on the volume, the language and whether certification is needed.
  3. We produce the translation. It carries the signature and stamp of a sworn translator.
  4. We certify or legalise where needed. If the document is going to authorities here or abroad, we also take care of the certification and legalisation, so you are not running around yourself.
  5. You receive the finished translation. On paper, by email or both – whichever way you need it.
